2. Products All items are handmade and may have slight variations. This is part of the art of fashion design. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Denisha Designs reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

4. All Sales Final As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Bikinis and swimwear are considered undergarments and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email with any questions before purchasing.

5. Order Processing Orders are estimated to be processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

6. Shipping Denisha Designs currently ships within the United States. Shipping times vary by location. Denisha Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, designs, and branding — is the property of DenishaDesigns and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability DenishaDesigns is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
